9:00 – 10:00 am

IDENTIFY

Name your exact pattern with clinical precision. We trace the survival wiring back to its origin and the belief it was built to protect — so you stop fighting a vague feeling and start working with a known mechanism.

10– 11:00 pm

RECALIBRATE

The core work: EMDR-informed bilateral stimulation, customized EFT, Window of Tolerance training, and interoceptive precision. We recalibrate the threat response itself — not your thoughts about it, but the wiring underneath.

11 am- 12 pm

INTEGRATE

We lock in the new capacity with the protocols and daily non-negotiables you'll carry out of the room — so regulation becomes a default state, not a moment that fades by Monday.

A clear boundary: this workshop is coaching, not therapy. It's trauma-conscious and clinically informed — but it is not trauma-processing or treatment.

Before You Decide

Questions.

How is this different from nervous system coaching?

Most nervous system coaching teaches you about regulation. RISE does the recalibration live — using EMDR-informed and EFT modalities to change the pattern in the room, not just explain it. You leave having done the work, not having learned about it.

What if I don't know my pattern?

That's exactly what the IDENTIFY phase is for. You don't need to arrive with a diagnosis. We name your precise pattern together, with clinical guidance — most women recognize themselves within minutes.

Do I need any EMDR knowledge?

None at all. No prior experience is required. The bilateral stimulation work is guided step by step and adapted to where you are. You only need to be willing to follow the process.

Is this trauma processing?

No. RISE is trauma-conscious, not trauma-processing. We work with the regulation capacity and patterns in the present — we do not open or process trauma material. If deeper therapeutic work is needed, I'll point you toward it.
