1. "How is this different from executive coaching?"
Executive coaching typically focuses on strategy, skills, and behavior modification. I work on the identity and belief systems that determine whether you can actually implement those strategies. Most women I work with already know what to do. The issue is that their nervous system won't let them do it consistently without collapse. That's an identity problem, not a strategy gap.
Good. I prefer skeptics. This is neuroscience, not spirituality. EMDR is an evidence-based clinical intervention. Nervous system regulation is measurable physiology. I don't use crystals or manifestation. I use bilateral stimulation, somatic reprocessing, and belief mapping. If you respect data, you'll respect this methodology.
This work isn't about diagnosing trauma. It's about recognizing that successful women often build leadership on survival wiring: chronic bracing, over-functioning, hyper-responsibility. These patterns create high performance...and nervous system depletion. You don't need a dramatic backstory. You need to stop leading from a dysregulated baseline.
Most nervous system work focuses on calming techniques...breathwork, meditation, vagal toning. That's regulation. I do identity recalibration. I'm not teaching you how to manage stress. I'm rewiring the belief systems that create stress in the first place. This is clinical-grade work disguised as executive performance training.
